Cheat:
The Bandanna Skull gives you unlimited ammo and is found on The Silent Cartographer mission. Go into the security building and get to the console room. When you go in, go straight through and out the opening on the right hand side. After you are out look right and there will be a ledge on top of a tunnel that you just went through. Grenade jump to get up to the ledge and the Skull is there.
