Cheat:
Once you've done enough missions it will say supply cache unlocked, if you look in your map you would see faces.
Mark one those faces, go to them and you should see a hatch (or a door, whatever works) and wait a while.
The door or hatch will eventually open and you will see sniper rifles, ammo and also pistols, machine guns and grenades or bombs.
