This is just an easter egg.

To see this easter egg, go to the map Carbon.

There is a warehouse where there are two containers covering up a section full of teddy bears - probably about eight teddy bears (this is easier to see on spectator mode).

Then at times, 7:14 or 4:14 and 1:14, you will see a teddy bear drop down from the pipe above all the teddy bears.
