Cheat:
Or any other drop: if the box has moved, you can also get Firesale, so try not to move the box to increase the chances of Max Ammo. You can stop the box from ever moving by giving Big Guy candy at the box, while it is at the initial location.

Requirements: Paralyzer/Petrifier, Galvaknuckles, open Bank stairs across from Candy Store, open Candy Store door across from the Bank steps, have points to spare, Big Guy out, have someone babysit the last zombie if possible.

You can do it solo, but the last zombie/crawler may be in the way. You can do this Local.

Steps: Get candy (can be bought in the candy store for $1000).

Run into Bank, wait for Big Guy.

Make 1 Z$ (punch ground-level keys with Galvaknuckles to activate, then activate it once, it takes $1100).

Give candy to BG by Z$, he starts to change it, don't watch him, using Paralyzer immediately fly out of Bank, run to Candy Store, buy candy, run back into Bank.

If he changed the Z$ to the drop that you want, you are done, if not, give him candy and repeat as necessary. Usually within 6 tries you will have Max Ammo.

Note: if you don't do it quick enough, you must make another Z$ for $1100. By flying off immediately after giving candy, you can keep recycling the same Z$ without having to make another. So it usually costs less than $7100 for a Max Ammo.

Then, by using Max Ammo with the Time Bomb, you can get every perk in the game on the same round from the witches, but that's another cheat.
