You have to do to the Backlot glitch before this (it's on this site).

Right after you get over the wall on the Backlot cheat, head straight forward until you're in front of a wall.

Once you end up in front of the wall go left.There should be a path.

Follow the path and you should see a tree.

Go around the tree and walk off the edge.

Turn around and look up.

Now you are under the city of Backlot!
