In case you were worried that you would have to buy a new copy of Medal of Honor: Warfighter to play the Battlefield 4 beta, fear not! EA has recently released a statement that doesn’t quite confirm other methods of obtaining access to the next installment in the Battlefield franchise’s beta version, but did state that preordering Warfighter isn’t the only way to get in.
Furthermore, the company put a number of gamers’ fears to rest by reiterating their support for Battlefield 3 and Premium subscribers. Some gamers (myself included) were concerned that EA and DICE may have jumped the gun on announcing Battlefield 4 so soon after the remarkable success of Battlefield Premium, but recent comments from the publisher and developer claim that they will be supporting Battlefield 3 well after the final DLC, End Game.
That’s great news for those who invested in Battlefield’s Premium service, and it’s quite obvious that DICE isn’t planning on ditching its latest magnum opus any time soon. For more on Battlefield 4, stay tuned to Xbox 360 Cheats.
