Microsoft stands firm in face of possible lawsuit over Xbox Live bans

Financial Post.com reports: Microsoft Corp. has responded to a possible class-action lawsuit over banning up to one million Xbox 360 consoles from accessing its online gaming service, arguing the company is well within its rights to ban users from Xbox Live. U.S. law firm Abington IP recently announced on its website that it's considering filing a class-action lawsuit over Microsoft's worldwide crackdown on modified Xbox 360 consoles by booting them from the Xbox Live online network. The Outfit is a mortal combination of high action adrenalin pumping scenarios. The game is set within war-ravaged Europe during World War II. It takes you behind enemy lines and is basically about battling the Nazi War Machine through a variety of spectacular combat missions. You’ll follow your team into a series of realistic missions that combine powerful combat scenes with the possibility of total annihilation. With your squad leaders, you'll guide two squads of battle-forged soldiers on missions ranging from reconnaissance-and-rescue to search-and-destroy across immensely destructible battlefields. In the Outfit, you could switch between squads at any time and strategically use squads separately, in tandem, or as one super-unit. By engaging in combat with the enemy, you also earn action points that can be used to upgrade your arsenal, order tanks or other vehicles, build machine gun nests and anti-tank emplacements, or call for air or artillery strikes. You have a choice of single-player mode or work cooperatively online in multiplayer mode on Xbox 360 Live.
