It is more advanced version than previous one, free fly mode is added in this version. Player can fly any time they want. Co-up feature is also added by which Spyro and Cynder can switch their power. Spyro have a command on electricity, fire, earth and ice, while Cynder controls poison, wind, shadow and fear. The game starts with a mysterious set of enemies who enters the ruins of The Mountain of Malefor, where Spyro and Cynder have been trapped in a crystal for three years. In this third version, The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon fulfills his destiny and faces the Dark master. Spyro and Cynder have to discover some special abilities to stop the destruction plan of Malefor.
