You need to play through on Campaign Mode until the very end.
Then after the last fight, the credits will roll and a new stage will open up - Nightmare Train!
On this level once you defeat everyone attacking you, Devil Jin will arrive and fight you. Once you have defeated him you have completed the bonus level.
