The jade statues allow you to unlock melee combos. When you get one, return the statue to the martial arts teacher in North Point and complete the training requirements.
Jade Statue 1: Check on the boat when you see the drug deal with the popstar.
Jade Statue 2: On the 2nd floor of Club Bam Bam, on the bar counter. You need to wait for Winston you send you here before you can get it.
Jade Statue 3: When Wei gets called a HKPD rat you can see jade statue on the kitchen counter. Come back later to grab it.
Jade Statue 4: During "Bride To Be" you are sent to a template that has the statue.
Jade Statue 5: Look in the waiting room of the Central Hospital.
Jade Statue 6: Check the bridal shop - the same one where you drive Peggy to in the "Bride To Be" mission.
Jade Statue 7: The statue is on one of the bars inside the K-bar in Soho.

Jade Statue 9: Get to the gambling den on the North Central Coast. You need to complete the "Riffraff Disposal" mission for the doorman first and also need to have done the entire "Bride to Be" series.
Jade Statue 10: This statue is in the display case in Chin Tsao's mansion.
Jade Statue 11: The last statue is in Vivienne Wu's apartment on a table in the dining room.
