Shoot the second last boss in the face first with bow, then when he is stunned hit him again in the glass in his chest.

This will stun him more, then immediately hit him with gravity ninpo.

This is the only quick way of defeating him I have found.

But beware, save some grains of life and mushrooms because there is another, more difficult boss after him.
