Cheat:
In dynasty mode, while recruting; maximize a player's stats to whatever you like for his position.
Then, if he is 99 ovr. at his position, make him a punter or kicker and bring kick accuracy and power to 0.
Continue and go to Find all prospects, go to punter or kicker and sort to the very bottom.
Your guy should be a 1star prospect and add him to your recruiting board.
After the season ends go to change position and make him whatever you created him to be.
Do this for 1 on multiple players and eventually you'll have a beast-mode team.
