To access the NetherRealm, you must first go to Shao Kahn’s Tomb in the Krypt. Find the 12 objects you can interact with and use each one to access the eleventh, Jax’s Rocket Launcher, which is behind a door opened with three levers. Take the rocket launcher to the Shrine of the Dead at the coordinates -11, 12. Use it to go inside. At the coordinates -11, 13, bet with your koins until you win prizes. After at least 10,000 koins, you will get the Kamidogu. Take it to the coordinates -24, 18 and use it to open the Nether Gate and enter the NetherRealm.
