Spoiler warning!

If you haven't figured it out by now, you should be smacked.

During Chapter 12: Sea Gift, you'll have to pay off your loan shark with $26,700.

During either chapter 10 or 11, your house will burn to the ground along with all the money and guns you've saved up prior to this mission.

When you visit Derek at his warehouse, and you defeat all his goons, there will be a stack of cash on his desk valued at 25,600 (or whatever), just enough to pay off the loan.

From there you proceed with caution on how to get the rest of the cash. There is a glitch where you go to payoff the loan and your screen freeze. Two ways to bypass this.

1. Crush cars for cash
2. Rob stores

The crushing method has been proven to fix the glitch. And there you go, all the cash and little effort.
