Awesome Player cheat for Madden NFL 12 on Xbox 360
Cheat:
Go to My Madden and select Creation Zone then Create Player.
Make the player's attributes go all to 99.
Add the player to whatever team you want. This is basically an automatic win.
This only works in exhibition. You have to play My Player and Franchise with real players, not Joe Schmoe.
