First go to a thin bridge, then hang from it and go as far down as you can.
Notice how you are swinging a little? Then go up while your swinging and down while your changing directions, and then when you start going, go up while under the bridge and down while under bridge. Sometimes when doing this a homing laser wont hit you, it is recommended for online play.
