Microsoft stands firm in face of possible lawsuit over Xbox Live bans

Financial Post.com reports: Microsoft Corp. has responded to a possible class-action lawsuit over banning up to one million Xbox 360 consoles from accessing its online gaming service, arguing the company is well within its rights to ban users from Xbox Live. U.S. law firm Abington IP recently announced on its website that it's considering filing a class-action lawsuit over Microsoft's worldwide crackdown on modified Xbox 360 consoles by booting them from the Xbox Live online network. The game ends in the ultimate rock gig that actually takes you out of this world into another one altogether. You'll get to rock everything from the songs on the radio right now to the classics that everyone in the family will love, even those dinosaur parents of yours. The challenges are LEGO themed: play monster-shredding riffs, bring on a storm, and use the awesome power of rock and roll to take down a skyscraper. You'll love the enhanced cuatomizer. You don't have to limit yourself to customizing your avatar. You can customize your entourage, including band members, roadies, and your manager. In LEGO world, you collect LEGO bricks after each song that you can sue to build fantastic vehicles and awesome venues.
