cheat:	After you have done the Powerplant Stronghold mission get in one of the buggys with turrets and has dudes in them. Drive it into the water and grapple the turret dude out. He will swim to the buggy and attempt to get back in but he glitches out instead. Sometimes he manages to get in though. [more cheats for Just Cause 2 here]
