This is pretty twisted, but a way to make some cash nonetheless...
Put the pimp mode on and infinte lung capacity (cheats on this site below).
Then you jump in the water (the best place would be next to a bridge).
Then all the prostitutes jump in after you and drown and accordingly drop loads of money.
You just collect it from the bottom!
