Cheat:
If you have opened the third island this will work.
Go to the comedy club and drive north.
On the second left turn there wil be a tunnle with a bunch of cops, when you go further in you will get 6 star.
Go back then run or drive across the street and theres a subway, hide out in the subway tunnel.
