Use the Parachute Cheat (found on this site below) and put the parachute on.
Then use the cheat again but don't put the parachute on.
Then use a helicopter and go somewhere high. Jump off and use the parachute.
When you land put the reserve chute on and it will look like you are flying since it will be invisible.
