When you leave Magruder's Mine turn right and keep going until the ground turns green, then right before you get to the indian hunter there will be a building.
Go up the stairs and stand on the plank. Then walk into the wall and there will be a small board to stand on.
On the other side of this board there is unlimited Whiskey/Health.
