Early on day 2 you get a mission called "Here Comes The Bride".
When you get to the mission you have to fight a psychopath named Randy.
When the fight starts run outside and wait about 20 to 30 seconds, then go back in and Randy should be choking the bride.
You can keep taking pictures of them to gt 5,000 pp each time.
Don't get close to Randy or he will attack you.
