This might sound crazy but it's true. If you played the original Dead Rising you should have met a clown called Adam.

In Deadrising 2 OTR you will find his brother: Evan. There's also a Pshyco Mission called Snow Job. It takes place right outside the Fortune City Arena.

He is walking on sticks. Look out! He will shoot you with icecream. Just hit his sticks with a Spikebat. If you have broken his sticks you will walk away in the cutscene.

Evan will be alive and he is a midget. You should have a sledgehammer or a broad sword with you.

Hold X and you will deliver a powerfull strike to his skull and it should drain his health quickly.
