Go to Village (survival or multiplayer, this works best in survival though) and go to the church.

Stand behind the podium, jump on it then look at the tall box.

Jump on it, walk towards the front of the church. Face the back then run, jump, and melee to get on the second floor.

Go to the middle pole of the floor above you. Jump, then press "A" again.

Go to the front of church, jump on the fourth floor and melee.

You are on the roof now and nothing can attack you, not even helicopters.
