Head to the downed Black Hawk Helicopter and get in front of the helicopter up against the yellow car.
Then go prone (B) and slowly back up to the helicopter where there's a crack between the helicopter and the ground. It works best on infected.
Warning! You will not be able to move or get back out if done correctly.
