Go to the passage right beside the house in the center of the map and you will see three or four cars.

Jump on the green car on far right near the wall and go prone on the hood.

Stay in the center and move slightly left or right with your sniper rifle and you can kill others without them seeing you.

The only problem you should have is the attack helicopter!
