In order for this awesome glitch to work, you may want two remotes and set the map to Village.
Head over to the very northeast side of the map till you find a blue machine that says Modern
Warfare and there is a teddy bear next to it.

Earn a Ballistic Vest support killstreak and stand directly in front of the arcade machine. Aim the vest and throw it on the top of the machine.

Then you MUST have a throwing knife and aim it right at the coin dispenser below the screen then throw it.

The Pacman game will start and move around like you do on pacman. When the game ends, your ballistic vest will disappear.
