Cheat:
Parts: 3 shield parts for Rocket Shield, 1 in each district. 3 Fuses for Civil Protector, 1 in each district. 3 parts for the Wonder Weapon, randomly dispersed.

Wonder Weapon: 1 part will drop when you kill a Margwa, 1 part will be dropped randomly by a flying Wasp, 1 part must be 'dug' up from a Pod using the Fumigator; wait until the Pods get large and have purple coloring before you 'dig' them.

Rocket Shield: as you open each district, use the Beast to power on the steps to the second floor perk machine. The shield part will be there. One part per district, but each part has 3 locations in the area where it can be found, but they are all in that perk machine area that you Beasted open so they should be easy to find.

Fuses: After getting the shield part in each district, the door in this perk machine area will lead to the Tram/Train. In this area leading to the Tram from the perk machine you will find the Fuse (it glows brightly). Each one has 3 possible locations in this small area, but should be quite easy to see.

Instead, you may get each Fuse and Shield part by opening from the Tram without using Beast mode; open the door that is halfway up the Tram stairs, here you will find the Fuse, go into the perk machine area for the Shield part.

Build Tables for WW and Rocket Shield: there are 3 tables where you can construct these items, 1 in each district;
Footlight: through Tram door.
Canals: by Ruby Rabbit stairs (ritual location). Best location for easy Rocket Shield access.
Waterfront: behind Boxing Gym.

Civil Protector Fuse Box: in the Subway, a blue box on the wall near the Footlight Rift.
