This cheat is very simple and helpful for getting new boxes and those tough to reach spots.
Simply put a crate on to your cart stand on the crate (crates can be found on the dock and near the person who sells you blueprints).
Look down, pick up the cart and hold the LR button until you reach your desired height, then jump towards the building you want get onto.
The combo for this is A + hold X.
