When in gameplay go to then tactics menu and select declare.

A message box will appear saying "Are you sure that you want to declare?".

When this message appears enter RB, RT, LB, RT, UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT (on directional pad).

After entering this select no and when you return to gameplay, your batters will have giant bobble heads!
